The Whine of Death

Daniel is perfecting the high-pitched toddler whine of death. He employs it throughout the day against his Mom & me when we are wanting him to do some routine thing that he doesn't want to do anymore, like diaper changes, putting on clothes, putting on shoes, turning off the TV, etc. It's just a whine, no usually any specific words, although it often morphs into, "nooooo..."

It's like fingernails on a chalkboard after a long day. I think the whine can peel paint off the walls, and it's probably harmful to animals with high-pitched hearing.
